1972年ミュンヘンオリムピックの翌年に発売されたBMW-R90S。後にAMAスーパーバイクのウイナーマシンとなったレジェンドでありまして、その90Sを現代風アレンジつーか、オマージュしてみたマシンがこちらであります。以前のマシンとの共通点はサイドエンブレムのみですが、雰囲気たっぷりでイイ感じです。ミラノでのお披露目会と、米国のバイク野郎の祭典でシェイクダウンと、コレ創った（デザイン）したスタッフより、プレスのコーディネーターに軍配が上がる気がします。ライダーのメットのデザインもいい！何時か何処かで実車が拝見できたらいいな。
Formula 1: Double podium for ZF partner team Lotus-Renault
Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean gave their race team Lotus-Renault reasons to break out in great jubilation at the German Grand Prix. With its drivers taking second and third place the British team, which has clutches from ZF Friedrichshafen AG installed in its Formula 1 race cars this season, scored its best result so far this season. Each of the Lotus drivers made up two positions from start to finish at the Nürburgring.
By taking fourth place in Germany the Spaniard Fernando Alonso, whose Ferrari is equipped with dampers from ZF Friedrichshafen AG, consolidated second place in the drivers’ championship ahead of Kimi Räikkönen.
In front of a home crowd, Nico Hülkenberg in tenth place was pleased about a finish in the points as well. Hülkenberg’s Sauber-Ferrari team relies on dampers from ZF Friedrichshafen AG as well.

今週末は久々に試乗会がお休み（実は都内のVWディーラーさんにて乾式DSGユニット&プログラブを換装中）ですので、取って置きの画像を公開っ！本牧戦線SAF（いわゆる画像収集部）のエース！さなえちゃんがセパンまで遠征して撮影した秀作です！
今シーズンSuperGT300を戦うこのマシンと編成に感謝しております。先ずマシン997GT3Rっ！ダンパーとクラッチは勿論ヴァイスアッハ認証のSACHSブランドを装備しております。勿論、チューナー登録は日本のポルシェモータースポーツを統括するCOXさんっ！991のRがチラチラ見えて来ておりますが、まだまだ997！でチーム編成がパシフィックディレクションっ！CarreraCupでお世話になった水谷社長、横幕選手、そしてアデナウ代表密山社長っ！更にNACの学生さん達の実戦プログラムもジョイントされておりまして、万全の体制感にうっとりしております。さてさて、攻殻機動隊、、に関しては自称”押井監督派”ですのでやっぱり興味があります。まだ映画見てないんですが、草薙氏が少佐昇進前に話らしいので見に行かねばっ！と思っております。

Xa`CAR誌のリニューアルが具体的に進行しております。
旧Xa`CAR誌は86&BRZマガジンとしてリスタート致しますので、、と言う事で一度打ち合わせに、、と呼ばれて席に付きましたが（汗が出ました）、以降編成並び進行に関しては極秘事項ですのでお話出来ません。9月のリニューアルにまでしばらくお待ち下さいっ！そしてご期待下さいっ！
この画像、実は2011年の東京モーターショウにて撮影しました。ひっそりと、見せないように？2人のボディガードを携えて展示してあったんですよ。0.8Lディーゼル2気筒&ターボ+旧SACHS製品（Daynastart）のフライホイルインモーター&DSG！VWの現実的な先進性がいい感じであります。
えー、、Porsche918のイラストレイションです、、格好いいですね。の後何を書こうか考えながらキーボードを叩いております。で、思い出しました。ZFレースエンジニアリング社CEOノルベルトオーデンダール氏曰く「Porsche918と、VW/XL-1！この2台のマシンが今とこの先数年のZF（&SACHS）におけるiconになるよ。」と言っていた事を思い出しました。「VW-AGグループに対して、ZF-SACHSはこんな風に貢献しています」って事なんでしょう。XL1はSACHSダンパーとフライホイルインモーターが旧SACHS製品でした。918のダンパーはチラっとしか見た事がないのですが、トップ部にエアスプリングカップを装備した赤いシェルケースのコイルオーバー、、SACHSだったら嬉しいな。群馬方面の方が納車されたら見学に行く予定です。詳細は暫しお待ちを！
Formula 1: Alonso secures podium place at Silverstone
Three safety car periods and plenty of punctures: The eighth race of the Formula 1 season at Silverstone was truly tricky. Fernando Alonso, who relies on dampers from ZF Friedrichshafen AG in his Ferrari, secured third place in a turbulent race behind Nico Rosberg and Mark Webber. In the drivers’ championship, the Spaniard has thus clearly reduced his gap to Sebastian Vettel, who retired with a technical defect.
However, because Alonso’s Ferrari team-mate Massa became the victim of tire failure as well and finished in sixth place behind Lewis Hamilton, the Scuderia dropped to third place in the constructors’ championship behind Mercedes.
Kimi Räikkönen was struck by misfortune. Unlike other top drivers, the Finn did not pit for a tire change during the last safety car period and thus on the final laps lost the podium place that had actually believed to be certain. The Lotus-Renault of the Finn is equipped with a ZF clutch.
A good performance at Silverstone was also delivered by the young Australian Daniel Ricciardo, who drove his Toro Rosso that is equipped with a ZF clutch across the finish line in eighth place and thus managed to clinch four points. It was the second-best result of the 23-year-old this season. The last driver to finish in the points was the German Nico Hülkenberg in tenth place. The Sauber team relies on dampers by ZF Friedrichshafen AG in its race car as well.

雑誌に掲載されていたTOYOYA40ランクル。生産終了から既に30年以上にも関わらず未だに愛され続けるマシンです。モロモロの条件が揃えば僕も欲しい1台です。優れた設計思想（デザインと性能、そしてユユーティリティ）が長きに渡り、つまり時代（流行）を超えて使い続けられる理由だと思います。Icon（アイコン）、、北米の40ランクルファンは皆そう呼んでいるようで、今、新車で市場展開しているクルマで発売開始から50年以上その機械としての性能と、デザインを保てるクルマは、、全く？です。多分、、現代のクルマは対消費年数が生産コストのベースとなっているはずですから存在の可能性は薄いでしょうね。一回の人生で、より多くのクルマを乗り継ぎ楽しむ。これはこれでアリで、一方1台のクルマを出来るだけ永く乗り続けたい方もいらっしゃるはずです。
最近、クルマを選ぶ事は自分の人生観を投影する事だと気が付きました。年齢と共に生活環境は変わり続けますが、未だにクルマに沢山の夢とロマンを感じられる事に感謝しております。クルマへの興味が全く無くなった時は今の仕事を辞めなくてはなりませんが、自分の中の”かけがえのない1台探し”は未だ続いております。つまり自分は今”クルマ欲しい感じ”の脳内強化月間かもしれません（笑）。
