Formula 1: fifth place for Felipe Massa in Belgium

Ferrari driver Felipe Massa took fifth place in the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. The Brazilian’s car is equipped with dampers from ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Massa’s Ferrari team mate Fernando Alonso was an innocent victim in a start accident and retired as a result. Despite scoring no points in Belgium the Spaniard maintained his World Championship lead and now heads Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel by 24 points. Alonso also relies on high-tech dampers from ZF Friedrichshafen AG in his Ferrari.

Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniel Ricciardo scored points for the STR-Ferrari team after finishing eighth and ninth respectively. Their cars are equipped with dampers and clutches from ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
