Formula 1: best result of the season for ZF Sachs partner Ferrari

Fernando Alonso presented his Ferrari team with second place in the Monaco Grand Prix and its best result of the season. The Spaniard, whose car is equipped with ZF Sachs Race Engineering dampers, made up two positions from fourth on the grid in a turbulent race around the spectacular street circuit.

Kamui Kobayashi put in an even more stunning fight back. The Japanese, whose team Sauber-Ferrari also relies on ZF Sachs Race Engineering damper technology, improved seven places from twelfth to fifth. This performance gave Kobayashi his best result of the season.

Sébastien Buemi claimed a world championship point for another ZF Sachs partner team in the principality. The tenth placed Swiss driver’s Toro Rosso-Ferrari is equipped with a clutch and dampers from Schweinfurt.
